While Susan Daul produces many different forms of Folk Art, creating Fraktur has become her passion. Some of her Fraktur reflect the reworking of a period piece, but most of her designs are Original and come from the excitement she feels for this fascinating art form. She takes a great deal of time developing each design which can be seen in the intricate details she incorporates into each piece.
Susan especially enjoys creating special Fraktur which are personalized for events such as Anniversaries, Weddings, and the Birth of a child. She frames her work in hand- grained frames or Antique frames in addition to the "folky" frames she enjoys designing. Her work has been displayed in Museum Shops throughout the country, as well as being featured in several National magazines.
