DASHING THROUGH THE SNOW
|
Bonnie spent 30 years living and working on her family’s horse farm in upstate New York. The barn closed in 2002 and two years later, her youngest son began kindergarten. With more time on her hands, she began something she hadn’t done for more than 20 years - painting. Life on the farm, the mountains, valleys, and historic villages that surround it, give her unlimited ideas.
Her paintings can be seen at juried craft shows, designer showcase homes, and galleries as well as on calendars, puzzles, greeting cards and Christmas ornaments. Bonnie has been listed in Early American Life Magazine’s Directory of Traditional Crafts for 2006 and 2007. In 2007, Bonnie was chosen to design an ornament for the Blue Room Christmas tree at the White House.
Bonnie and her husband, Scott, reside on her family's Spring Gait Farm with their three sons, and their dog Misty.
